Of course I couldn&#8217;t skip this. In a traditional restaurant I ordered a portion, and now I understand why it&#8217;s so famous. The meat was so tender that the waiter cut it into pieces at the table with a plate instead of a knife. Everywhere you see beautiful views, old facades and cozy little squares. Eventually I ended up at <strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"438\">Plaza Mayor<\/strong>, the vibrant heart of the city. Here I ordered some tapas and a glass of wine while people-watching.
