Ze noemden het ook wel \u00b4Florence aan de Elbe\u00b4. Helaas werd deze prachtige stad met al haar bijzondere bouwwerken tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog helemaal verwoest. Toch is door de wederopbouw van prachtige bouwwerken deze stad een absolute aanrader voor een bezoek. Het oude centrum staat vol bezienswaardigheden die de geschiedenis van de Tweede Wereldoorlog (zowel ervoor als erna) en de DDR laten zien. Naast prachtige bezienswaardigheden kun je ook heerlijke restaurants\u00a0 in Dresden vinden. Veel diversiteit met zowel chique of wat toegankelijker.
