Hampton Court Bike Tour: a ride through history!
With a local guide, you will cycle through the historic grounds of Hampton Court Palace. This relaxing bike ride takes you to the picturesque Royal Parks. With a bit of luck, you may spot deer. And you will see where Eisenhower had his base during the Second World War. You will continue cycling along the riverbank, where you can enjoy the freedom and life by the river.
You continue on your way and cycle around Hampton Court Palace, the former home of Henry VIII. The view of the historic Long Water is the ideal way to relax. The route is flat, traffic-free and therefore extra enjoyable and relaxing. There is, of course, plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the view.
Please note that we will not be visiting the palace during the tour. After the tour, you can visit the palace and gardens on your own. Or return directly to London. During the season and depending on the tides, it is possible to return to Richmond or Westminster by boat.
