Both the rental and return of the bike were handled correctly. The bike (acoustic) was in excellent condition. It was a wonderful ride; everything worked perfectly: lights, gears, and brakes. Even with a strong headwind. Thank you for the excellent service and a great product!

Ik werd snel geholpen, kreeg een supermooie e-bike en een uitgebreide uitleg, want dit was de eerste keer dat ik op een e-bike rijd. Compliment. Jammer dat het een stukje lopen is, met bagage naar het verhuurpunt. Maar de bagage wordt naar het verblijfadres gebracht en ook weer opgehaald. Dat is een mooi servicepunt.
