Payment

Renting a bike is very easy!

• The deposit is €100 per city bike and €500 per e-bike + show ID card (cash or credit card)
• Excess in case of theft or damage: €500 per city bike and €1,100 per e-bike

Important to know:

• Reservations are required
• Bicycles should be stored inside at night.
• Payment is in advance through the website
• Free change or cancellation up to 24h in advance
• Parking nearby: Interparking Cano y Cueto

These are the opening hours:

• Jan. 1 to March 31: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• April 1 to June 30: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• July 1 to Aug. 31: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Sept. 1 to Oct. 31: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Nov. 1 to Dec. 31: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.

• Cycling is allowed on bike lanes or highway if bike lane is missing
• Bicycle lighting is mandatory
• Parking is available in bike racks or bike brackets
• Do not attach to lampposts or trees
• Children under 16 must wear a helmet (free of charge)
