If you hire for more days, you need an overnight bike parking place, at your hotel. Or bring the bije to the shop overnight.

We didn't have a tour, but rented e-bikes to explore on our own. We cycled a large section of the Via Appia, and the bikes held up well. Everything was perfectly arranged by Baja Bikes.

*** enthusiastically showed us some of Rome's highlights. It's a perfect way to get a feel for the city at the start of your trip. Especially if you plan to rent bikes later, it's a good way to practice. Cycling in Rome is a challenge.

The e-bikes were fully charged and equipped with a sturdy lock and key. We even returned the e-bikes a few minutes later than agreed due to a small mistake in our route. This wasn't a problem at all; we received a friendly and understanding welcome. Although traffic in Rome can be very heavy, the route along the Tiber was car-free, giving us the opportunity to peacefully enjoy the impressive views of the city's magnificent buildings. Highly recommended.

They weren't the most perfect bikes. But considering the price, I'm very happy with them. It's great to be able to do so much by bike, although it's a good idea to avoid the crowds (e.g., get up early).
