The deposit is a copy of an ID card
Excess in case of theft or damage: €250 for a regular bike and €900 for an e-bike

We rented two electric bikes. We arranged them late at night through the website, and the next morning we were able to start right at 10:00 AM. The staff was friendly and provided personalized advice. She explained the bikes clearly, pumped up the tires, and even gave us tips for our trip to the sea. She even advised us on which side of the river was best to cycle due to roadworks on the other side. The bike pick-up point is very central, and you can cycle along the Nervion River and out of Bilbao, right past the Guggenheim Museum. Although the bikes look small, they ride perfectly. They have a powerful motor, a comfortable saddle, and a full battery lasted us a whole day. We recommend cycling to Portugalete and Getxo for the sea, the promenade, the old fishing village/harbor, the beautiful basilica, charming restaurants, the market square, and of course, crossing the river via the Vizcaya Bridge. You simply follow the Nervion River!
