The tour was great, arranged outside the regular schedule. At €295, it wasn't cheap as a private tour, but the guide was excellent. If you're paying for three hours, and that's a good amount of time, the tour shouldn't just end after two and a half hours without any explanation.

We booked a private bike tour of Vienna. Hein was our guide. The bikes were excellent and ready at the agreed-upon time. And Hein was a fantastic guide. He guided us with great skill and humor, not just three, but four hours through the heart of Vienna, opening up the city for the rest of our four-day visit. It was incredibly helpful and the perfect prelude to a fantastic stay in wondrous and wonderful Vienna. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Our guide Fritz was fantastic!!! He has an incredible amount of knowledge. Great! The bikes were very comfortable, but unfortunately, their condition left much to be desired. The brakes were poor, and on my bike, the mudguard was rubbing against the tire. I would only give 3 stars for the condition of the bikes.

We were able to book a private tour in Vienna for 8 people at the last minute. It was great that this could be arranged last minute with a Dutch guide. *** We were there with our own bikes. That's why I asked for a discount, but that wasn't possible/allowed. It's a shame it was the same price.
