Berlin bike tour with local guide
Discover how the Cold War began and what happened during the 28 years that Berlin was divided by the Wall. Families and friends were separated and the friendly but socialist part of Berlin became a militarized zone, where many people lived in fear. The West was divided into three different sectors. These parts became isolated from West Germany and West Berlin became a very politically conscious “island” surrounded by the Wall. You will learn this and much more with the local guide.

66 rate this tour with 4.8 starsThis bike tour is highly recommended! We had already visited the highlights (on foot), and this Berlin Wall-themed bike tour was an excellent addition. You get so much more (background) information. Our guide *** was excellent, answered all our questions without being tedious.
Fantastic tour. Cycling through history in modern times, well explained, well done!
***, our tour guide, did a fantastic job.
I took the Berlin Wall tour. It was super interesting and a lot of fun! Our guide(s) were very friendly and enthusiastic.
Super interesting with an enthusiastic guide.
A wonderful guide with a great sense of humor, and a wealth of knowledge about the history surrounding the creation and fall of the Berlin Wall. Plenty of opportunity for questions and interaction.
Interesting
Although the tour was very interesting, there were a few errors in the explanations. What could have been improved was the practical aspects, such as waiting for each other, and respecting traffic rules and lights.
The guide (***) told us extensively about Berlin's history. Definitely recommended!
