In LA, we outsourced our rental to Bikes and Hikes LA. They handled it very well, and the bikes were in good condition. We had pre-loaded the route onto a Garmin, but we didn't receive any information or routes from the rental company, perhaps because we'd already indicated we had a route. Parking near this company can be a challenge, however, due to the many different traffic signs.
