Payment
Renting a bike is very easy!
  • The deposit is €50 per bike and an ID or passport
  • Excess in case of theft or damage: mountain bike €350, trekking bike €550, e-bike €1350.

  • Payment is in advance
  • You will receive a separate email for this after booking
  • Free change or cancellation up to 24h in advance

Super bikes, good batteries, very complete with panniers, chargers, lights, lock, helmets, and a repair kit. We had a super fun tour around Valletta with our guide, receiving lots of information and handy tips. Cycling in Malta outside of the guided tours is a challenge, but with good tips and Komoot, we rented bikes and, after the tour, did beautiful rides along the coast, through hilly terrain, and through small towns! Highly recommended for renting bikes via Baya at Eco Bikes Malta.

We explored Malta by bike for the past 3 days. Although you still have to walk through the narrow streets, the bicycle is an ideal mode of transport for discovering Malta. We rented bikes through Baja Bikes. The bikes were delivered to our hotel and picked up again. The bikes aren't new, but they are well-maintained and can handle the road surface in Malta just fine. Traffic in the city is busy, but if you go with the flow, cycling here is excellent! Drivers sometimes even wait for you if they see you want to cross. We had 3 amazing days! Highly recommended!

We ordered 3 e-bike touring bikes. It turned out there were 2 available, and we asked if we would agree to 1 mountain bike. Upon delivery, it turned out to be more expensive. Furthermore, we noticed that we were not offered any routes. The bikes were of good quality, and we enjoyed the cycling route set up in Komoot.
