One bike wasn't working properly. The saddle kept dropping down and the gears kept skipping. A nuisance when you're out all day. Friendly staff, and a bike lock was also available.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Considering the city's many hills and the warm weather, it might be wise to recommend the electric bikes. It's tough when it's hot and you don't have any assistance on the bike.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Flexible, the bikes with Bosch motors and batteries were great! The brakes and seating comfort were also excellent. Especially in Madrid, where there's no flat road to be found. In 10 years, I've never had such solid and powerful bikes.

First we booked without a guide, but we felt we needed a guide and it was absolutely no problem to join a small group! Great! Pauline was very nice and could tell about the history of the citx. We still found a bit lost in the city, but we kept the bikes for the day and went to the park! Beautiful bikeroads. The e-bikes were very good! Organisation smooth! Thanks
