Payment

Renting a bike is very easy!

• The deposit is a valid credit card
• Excess in case of theft or damage: full value of bicycle

Important to know:

• Payment is in advance via Ideal or Credit Card
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellation between 48h and 7 days in advance
• 100% cancellation fee for cancellation within the last 48h
• Bikes can be picked up between 09:00 and 16:30. Without a booking, no one may be there.

• Citybike with hand brake and 21 gears
• Padlock and helmet

Additional options (pre-booking):

• Children’s bikes: 12, 16, 20 or 24 inches
• Child seats: available, up to 20kg/120cm
• Child trailer: available, up to 20kg/120cm
• Tandems: not available
• E-bike: available, surcharge
• Luggage carrier: available

Local bicycle regulations:

• Cycling is allowed on bike lanes or highway if bike lane is missing
• Bicycle lighting is mandatory
• Parking is available in bike racks or bike brackets
• Do not attach to lampposts or trees
• Children under 14 must wear helmets
