The tour was great. A very nice guide who led the tour in a fun way. The bikes were in good condition. It is a pity that the bikes had to be returned before 6 pm. It would be nice if you could use them in the evening as well.

The tour itself was good. The welcome at the meeting point on Via Cavour was anything but friendly. As avid cyclists in my own country, the quality of the bikes was quite disappointing.

We didn't book a tour, but we did rent two electric bikes for four days and figured everything out on our own. In itself, a very good decision on our part. It does take some figuring out where you are and aren't allowed to ride on public roads. Unfortunately, it isn't immediately obvious. But apart from that, we were happy with our choice. We were able to see much more than we would have if we had done everything on foot. As a result, we were able to stay a bit further away than the center, which also worked out well for us in terms of budget.

We rented e-bikes and explored the Via Appia on our own for 3h, covering about 20 km. An e-bike is definitely a must, and there are some challenging parts to navigate (on the sides of) the big boulders, but we loved being outside of the busy city for a while. The bikes were fine, and the handling by Bici e baci worked seamlessly.

Friendly people. Great bikes! I cycled for two days in Rome. What a fantastic experience. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those who can handle a bit of excitement and adventure. The shop was open until 7 PM, which is great because you can easily spend the whole day out. Fast and affordable transportation.

We rented 2 regular bikes and cycled around Rome for 5 days. The bikes were well-equipped; brakes, tires, and lights were in top condition. We did have to ask for a cable lock for each bike, though, and not one for two. The service at Baja is good and a bit laid-back. It was really great that we could store our backpacks for a while, from 11:00 to 14:00, before we had to take the train back. We'll definitely do it again next time! ***

Great company, local rental company. After day one, I had problems with a bike, but they immediately resolved the problem by providing a new one.
