Information on paying and canceling cycling vacations

Cycling vacations are conducted by our partner Eigen-wijze Reizen. When you book a cycling vacation, you enter into an agreement with Eigen-wise Reizen, the specialist in cycling vacations. With over 20 years of experience in setting up, elaborating and offering cycling vacations, you are absolutely in good hands. The vacation is also covered by the guarantee fund of SGR and ANVR.
Booking a cycling vacation is very simple and safe. After booking you can expect the following.

 

Book now, pay later

• After booking, you will receive confirmation with the deposit invoice by email.
• The deposit is 35% of the travel sum + any insurance, reservation fees and, if applicable, calamity fund.
• If you also book a flight or train trip, it will be paid in full through the deposit.
• Bank account number and payment deadline are in the mail.
• The balance payment is due 6 weeks before departure.
• The reservation fee is €25 per booking.

 

Cancellation terms and fees

• Until the 28th calendar day before departure: the deposit
• From the 28th to 21st calendar day before departure: 40% of the travel price
• From the 21st to 14th calendar day before departure: 50% of the travel price
• From the 14th to 5th calendar day before departure: 75% of the travel price
• In the last 5 days before departure: 90% of the fare
• On or after the departure day: the full travel price
• Cancellation fees of flight and train trip will be charged in full.
• The change fee is €27, for a trip of 5 days or less it is €14.
• The SGR contribution (€5 p.p.) remains payable at all times
