Your adventure begins in the shop, where our colleagues will give you a brief explanation of the route and what to expect. After getting the e-bikes ready and preparing the route, you will set off by yourself through this amazing nature reserve. You can easily download the route on your mobile device. For this, we recommend installing the app Wikiloc in advance. The route is also available on a paper map if you prefer.

At your own pace, you ride your e-bike through the beautiful natural park. You can stop whenever you want to, maybe you will be lucky and can even spot a few flamingos (the best time to spot birds are the winter months because as many as 300 species of birds winter here)! About halfway, you will be expected at Kenshô Sake. This is where the first, and at this moment only, Spanish sake is brewed. Sake is a Japanese alcoholic drink that is made from rice, among other things. Other Japanese delicacies such as miso, Amazake rice wine and tamari soy sauce are also produced here – all ecological and with local products from the Ebro Delta. You will taste 4 sakes as well as Amazake rice wine and some vegan tapas with miso.
