Galle Bike Tour: Lagoon & Village

After a brief introduction, you will start your adventure and jump on your bike. The local guide will take you via small dirt roads through a small local village to the lagoon and mangroves. Along the way you can always ask your guide questions about the plants, animals, culture or anything related to this country.

You will also get to know Sri Lanka’s local biodiversity: mangrove forests, tropical palms, ferns and many coconut palms. Cycle past lush green rice fields. These are a big part of local life in Galle and Sri Lanka. A trip around the lagoon is followed by a short ride on the main road and a stop for a refreshing king coconut, after which your tour comes to an end and you return to the store.
