Medellin city, 4 hours at Jan.13th with Steven and Alejo. We were lucky because it rained with the start but soon the weather became good. We were with only 3 and 2, persons so that was nice too. Both tourleaders are very friendly and they give good information, also about the serious themes in Colombia. They are both ntelligent and developed students, that,s very nice because they are serious and want to tell a lot about their country! The snack was also very good. And we appreciated their flexiblity: because we all visited Plaza Botero before, we skipped that place and went to Laurelles. Thabks very much, Alejo and Steven! We have done many bike tours. Some have a lot of tour information and others like ours had decent stretches of cycling and a good effort needed to climb the hill. Maybe there could have been more about the history of Medellin but then again standing in the rain listening to a history lesson is not always appealing. Andrew and Suzanne were very approachable. They asked if we wanted to split the tour but I was happy to stay as a larger group as people were very friendly.
