It was a very informative and fun trip, suitable for anyone with reasonable fitness. Contrary to what was stated on the website, there were quite a few hills that were quite a challenge for our 6-year-old daughter. We had contact beforehand via WhatsApp and phone, and that was great. The information I missed on the website beforehand was whether there were opportunities to use the toilet and refill water along the way. It is also useful to know that panniers are made available.
