The meeting point for the Pula Highlights bike tour is in the city center, right across the city’s landmark, the amphitheater. From here, a friendly guide will take you on a fun bike adventure. First you cycle through the city to the Lungomare promenade, a more than 4 km long promenade between the dense pine forest and the sea. It connects the three of the region’s famous beaches Valkane, Mornar and Gortan Bay. Then you continue on to the Punta Verudela peninsula, the tourist symbol of the region, with some of the most beautiful bays and beaches – in the evening you can enjoy a wonderfully romantic sunset here.
There will be some time for swimming at the so-called “pigeon cave” and if you like you can even try cliff diving, a very popular activity amongst kids and teenagers. Don’t forget your swimming gear!
Afterwards, you will finally return to the starting point of the tour. Of course, there will be plenty of time for photos and your guide will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
