Payment

• The deposit is €300 per bike or a valid credit card
• Excess in case of theft or damage: €500

• Reservations are required
• Payment is in advance through the website
• Free change or cancellation up to 24h in advance
• Bicycles must be stored inside at night

Collection point

• Daily: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Please note that bikes can only be picked up between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
• Parking is free on the street or paid parking in Parking Jetoil
• Details are in the booking confirmation
• Reservations are required
• Without a reservation, the store may be closed
