  • Excess in case of theft or damage: full value of bicycle

  • 50% cancellation fee for cancellation between 48h and 7 days in advance
  • 100% cancellation fee for cancellation within the last 48h
  • Bikes can be picked up between 09:00 and 16:30. Without a booking, no one may be present.
