You’ll meet the guide at the centrally located meeting point. Hop on your bike and enjoy a scenic route along the coast. At the House of Independence you will make your first stop. Here you will learn all about Albania’s history and the path that shaped the nation. You bike on to the Pyramid of Vlorë, this modern monument was recently built and lends itself perfectly to fun photos.

Continuing on your way, you cycle past the Muradie Mosque where you delve into Albania’s religious heritage and cultural diversity. After this you continue cycling towards Flag Square, a tribute to Albanian national heroes. Don’t miss a visit to the Old Town either, this charming district combines tradition and modernity. We return via the coastline back towards the meeting point, at the Vlorë tunnel you will have the chance for some fantastic photo opportunities.

During the summer months there is an optional opportunity to take a refreshing dip, so don’t forget your swimwear!

We did the bike tour in Vlorë with Baja Bikes and really enjoyed it. It was a very educational and interesting experience. We learned a lot about the city and its history while cycling. The guide was friendly, took his time to explain everything. A great way to explore Vlorë in an active and fun way. Definitely recommend!
