The deposit is €50 per bike and €150 per e-bike (with credit card)
Excess in case of theft or damage: €400,- normal bike, €800,- Kreidler e-bike, €1200,- Gitane bike, €1900,- KTM bike

The staff were very friendly. The e-bikes weren't the newest, but they were fine. The batteries were fully charged. The only thing missing was a bell, which would have been useful in city traffic with lots of pedestrians.
