Payment

Renting a bike is very easy!

• The deposit is €50 per city bike, €150 per e-bike, and €300 per premium e-bike (with a credit card)
• Deductible in case of theft or damage: the full value of the bike or the cost of the damage

Important to know:

• Reservations are required
• Payment must be made in advance via the website
• Free changes or cancellations up to 24 hours in advance
• Please note that bicycles must be stored indoors overnight

Pickup Location

These are the hours of operation:

• April 1 – October 31: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Nov. 1 – Mar. 31: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
