Payment

Renting a bike is really easy!

• The deposit must be a valid credit card
• Deductible in the event of theft or damage: the full value of the bicycle

Important to know:

• Payment is due in advance via the website
• Free changes or cancellations up to 24 hours in advance
• 13% sales tax and a 3% booking fee are included

Included with bike rental:

• City Bike, Men’s and Women’s Edition
• Bicycle lock, helmet, and bike bag

Additional options (book in advance):

• Children’s bikes: available. Ages 8 and up
• Child seats: available
• E-bike: available

Climate and Cycling:

• It’s a good idea to bring some water
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes

• Cycling is permitted on bike paths or on the road if there is no bike path
• Bicycle lights are required

• April 26 – October 31: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• From July through September, the store is open until 7:00 p.m.
• Details are included in the booking confirmation
• If you don’t make a reservation, the store may be closed
• Parking nearby: World Exchange Plaza. However, we do not recommend coming by car.
• Online reservations for bike rentals are required
