Renting a bike is very easy!

The deposit is a copy of a credit card (in case of theft, damage, or late return).
Deductible in case of theft or damage: the full value of the bike

Important to know:

Payment is made online a few days after booking.
You will receive a payment link via email after booking.
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the tour.
For 1-day bike rentals, the bikes must be returned at the end of the day.

We rented bikes in Copenhagen for one day. We received excellent assistance when picking up the bikes. It was nice to see that bikes are available in all sizes. Contrary to what was stated on the websites, there were also 26” bikes available instead of just 24” and 22”, allowing our son to ride a bike his original size. The rented phone holder proved to be a necessity when navigating the city on your own. We found it a great experience, and Copenhagen is truly a fine city for cycling, even with a nine-year-old.
