Booking is necessary and you can do this easily via the booking menu to the right. You will immediately receive a confirmation with all the information.

Notice:

The store is closed during the bike tour between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm. If there is also a tour in the afternoon, the store is again closed from 2:00 to 4:30 pm. Always make sure to check with the employee in the store. Complete your city break and come rent bikes in Rotterdam!

Payment

Renting a bike is very easy!

The deposit is €50 per bike, €150 per e-bike, on the spot with card
Excess in case of theft or damage: full value of bicycle

Important to know:

Reservations are required
Payment is in advance through the website
Bicycles should be stored inside at night
Free change or cancellation up to 24h in advance
