She was not only very culturally knowledgeable but also ensured wonderful interaction with us. She guided us very safely through the fantastically beautiful but busy Florence. The youngest among us (11 years old) had a bike perfectly suited to her size and enjoyed it like no other. A very fun experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
