The staff was extremely helpful. I made a mistake with the day and they allowed us to come the next day. The only problem was that the bikes were very big. I am a small person and my own bike is a child size...it was quite hard for me to get started off with the large bike. And I fell off it right at the beginning. Once I got going I was fine, but I think there should be various sizes of bikes for different people. The route was flat and easy to travel, it is a little challenging to maneuver all the car/pedestrian/bicycle traffic at first. It was a fun ride and lovely stops at the flowers and shop.
