Our bike tour starts at our meeting point in Punta Prima, which is on the GR-223 “Camí de Cavalls” bike route. After choosing your bike (city bike, mountain bike or e-bike) for this tour, you will go on a little adventure together with a friendly local guide. First, you will ride to the defense tower of Son Ganxo. Here you will learn more about the history of the island before continuing to bike to the small port of Biniancolla. Afterwards you will continue on to the picturesque fishermen’s village of Binibeca, where you will have time for a relaxing break. The next stop is the amazing natural swimming pool in Binibeca, followed by the beach and the port.
After visiting the beach, you will take an easy off-road route to Sant Lluís, a village which was built during the French invasion. On the way you will enjoy breathtaking views and see an old fortified tower and magnificent mansions. In high season it is sometimes possible to visit one of the three windmills. This one has been restored and turned into an ethnological museum. Of course, there will be enough of time for photos during the tour and your guide will always be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Don’t forget to bring your swimwear. Sometimes it is possible to take a refreshing dip (depending on the day and group).
