Panama City Bike Tour: Hit the Road with a Local Guide!

Our bike tour starts in Casco Viejo, Panama City’s oldest neighborhood. Here, you’ll meet your local guide, and the bikes will already be waiting for you. As we cycle leisurely through the colorful streets, you’ll discover how Spanish colonial buildings, small squares, and cozy cafés give this neighborhood so much character. Fun fact: Casco Viejo was built in 1673 after the original city was destroyed by pirates!

After that, we’ll continue on toward the Cinta Costera, the waterfront promenade. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Panama City’s impressive skyline, with modern skyscrapers on one side and the historic district on the other. Of course, we’ll also stop briefly at the famous Panama sign for a photo, so don’t forget your camera!

The route then follows the coastline around the city, offering views of the Pacific Ocean and often a refreshing sea breeze along the way. It’s a relaxing tour that lets you get to know Panama City in a fun and active way.

Important: The minimum age is 11 years and the minimum height is 1.55 m (5’1″).
