Beautiful bicycle tour of the Hanseatic city

We are going to get a breath of fresh air on the IJsseldijk. A wonderful cycling route with wide views of the river, the IJssel river and the skyline of Zutphen. Ideal for beautiful photos.

The Noorderhaven district offers a fascinating contrast between modern urban development and industrial past. The guide tells how this neighborhood transformed into a lively residential area with striking historical buildings such as Het Koelhuis.

The Broederenkerk, a former monastery church, is a beautiful library. Again; if the church is open, we’ll take a look inside. Zutphen is also known for its surprising amount of Jugendstil. You will discover the most beautiful facades and hear the stories behind them. We pass by the historic center, we tell you about the Zaadmarkt & Houtmarkt, but we also don’t forget the medieval squares, narrow streets, charming merchant houses and the Berkel ruins.
