We started off a bit chaotically because the departure point was slightly different than indicated, but our guide *** more than made up for it with his enthusiasm and factual knowledge. We really had a top-notch tour.

Potsdam is a very beautiful city with a lot of history. To be honest, we find Potsdam more beautiful than Berlin. With guide ***, we cycled a beautiful route past many sights. The stories and explanations were super interesting, and we learned a great deal about the history of this city as a result. Highly recommended bike tour!

We did the tour with our family, including children and grandchildren, with a Dutch-speaking guide. We visited many beautiful places, and the guide told us a lot about the buildings and their history. We highly recommend Baja Bikes.

Personally, I think Potsdam is a true, unknown gem that is still being discovered by far too few people. We stayed in Berlin and took the train (about 30 minutes) to Potsdam, where we were met opposite the station by the Baja Bike guide. We were only on their second tour, as this is a new (Baja Bike) destination. Potsdam is truly incredibly diverse: beautiful palaces (Versailles-like), the Dutch Quarter, Russian houses, but also a strong focus on the historical significance of the period immediately after the war and the Stasi era. In short: highly recommended. Occasionally, you do wonder why they don't stop when you see something beautiful, but that is simply because there is so much beauty that it is impossible to stop everywhere. Fortunately, you can always ask for a photo stop. We have visited many cities by bike with the Baja Bike organization, but Potsdam absolutely belongs among the most beautiful and interesting destinations! Because there is so much to see, more than average distance is covered and the route also includes sections of gentle incline. If you don't cycle often, I would therefore recommend an electric bike. Have fun, everyone! Regards, ***
