⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic e-bike tour with Baja Bikes and guide Soufy! We really had a top-notch day with Baja Bikes in Genoa. Our English-speaking guide Soufy (don't know if I'm spelling it right) was amazing: enthusiastic, clear, patient, and with vast knowledge of the city. Thanks to the e-bikes, the route was very manageable, even with the hills; you whiz everywhere effortlessly. We saw so much during the tour. Soufy took us through the atmospheric alleys of the old center, past beautiful historic buildings and impressive squares. We stopped at, among others: Palazzo Ducale, with its beautiful arches and stately courtyard; the spectacular painted building on Piazza San Matteo; and later the richly decorated Piazza Bianchi, where it felt like you were cycling through an open-air museum. The cozy flower stall right in front of the beautiful church façades of the old city center, truly such a typical Italian moment. The impressive Piazza de Ferrari with the large fountain and the iconic Palazzo della Borsa. The baroque and richly decorated palazzi in the famous streets of Via Garibaldi. The imposing Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, with its black-and-white striped facade that you simply have to stand and stare at for a few minutes. We also had time to go inside various churches. And of course, we started with a beautiful view of the harbor, where the cruise ships and colorful tugboats completed the picture. Soufy consistently provided fun facts, useful stops, and plenty of time to take photos. It didn't feel rushed at all, more like a local showing you their favorite spots. In short: an ideal way to discover Genoa. If you are in doubt: do it! And if you get the chance, be sure to ask for Soufy as your guide; she knows an incredible amount and is great company along the way.
