This route is accessible for inexperienced Mountainbikers as well as for experienced Mountainbikers. Your guide will adjust the route based on your experience.

The private tour Madeira will start from our store where we explain the basics about your Mountainbike and how to cycle on the island. We will take you to Poiso, 1400 meters high. Here, we will start with the bike tour. The tour will start with a small climb and we will continue this unforgettable experience.

Madeira: a paradise for Mountainbikers

The guide will observe the level of the group and will adjust the route for the rest of the tour. We can cycle at a relaxed pace on unpaved roads or take accessible trails. This island has different heights and a unique location which makes it perfect for the private tour Madeira. We will cycle through the forest, fields, on trails, unpaved roads, and through the rainforest. We will also pass small villages. A unique experience for every Mountainbiker!

We will cycle downwards to a height of 850 meters while you can enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean and landscape.

We will cycle for about 20 kilometers through a beautiful green environment during the second part of the private tour Madeira. Discover the island’s nature which contains woods of pine, eucalyptus, and laurel. We will continue the tour along the channel towards a small village called Camacha. The tour will end via a normal asphalted road.

We will cycle on a Radon ZR Team 2.0 | 27″ Mountainbikes. If you prefer to cycle on a Radon Slide 150 9.0 | 27,5″ there´s an allowance of €10. This tour will take about 5 hours.

As this tour will include some obstacles we recommend booking this for participants from 15 years old onwards with a height of 1 meter 50.
