A pleasant afternoon in Versailles with a Dutch-speaking guide. We alternated between cycling and walking. First, we visited the Petit Trianon and its surroundings, then cycled around the Canal to the rear of the palace. Then we took a break at the starting point in Versailles. Finally, we walked to the palace. With our tickets, we could walk straight through. We strolled through the palace and gardens without a guide. The gardens, especially, are worth a visit!

The tour was great. Well organised, friendly guide Arnaud, who made sure nothing could go wrong, such as losing your ticket and breaking your bottle of wine. We loved the visit to the food market and the picknick by the lake. Arnaud made it easy to choose the best food. The visit was for the most part away from the crowds. The program was well-thougth out for the best experience.
