We had Remy as our guide for the children's tour. A very nice young man, he knew a lot about Madrid. However, what was being told didn't really captivate our two 11-year-old granddaughters. We had hoped that more fun and exciting facts about Madrid would be shared for the teenagers. As it was, the tour was for everyone. Interesting for us, but not engaging for teenagers ;) It might be advisable to use an audio guide after all, so that everyone can follow the guide's story properly, especially with a large group.
