The Vatican remains very busy during this period (May) and is also simply very large and spacious. Despite this, we believe we saw the most extraordinary and must-see. This was under the guidance of an expert (a bit opinionated?) guide.

We have already completed one of the three booked tours. The first Vatican City tour was a resounding success. We were well received at the meeting point and Loes, our guide, was sublime. Further comment is unnecessary; besides, we have to head to our second appointment, the Colosseum, with... yes, Vaja Bikes.

Impressive and unforgettable tour with a very nice and knowledgeable guide, ***. However, we were disappointed that the first hour was already over before the tour really started (skip-the-line only means you stand in a shorter line). So, effectively, the tour only lasts two hours. In my opinion, the price is too high for what you get.
