Then you can cycle on to the other side of the bridge to take a look at the most famous redwood trees of California. Of course you can return via the Golden Gate Bridge, but you can also cross the strait by ferry.

The deposit is 100$ per bike with a credit card. This deposit will be released at the end of the rental period.

We rented bikes through Blazing Saddles. They were well-organized; we were greeted warmly and given good instructions. They're located close to the bike path to the Golden Gate. The bikes worked perfectly. For San Francisco, pedal-assisted bikes might have been a better choice.
