Payment

Renting a bike is very easy!

• The deposit is $100 per bike, payable by credit card. We’ll release the authorization once the bikes have been returned.
• Deductible in case of theft: from $500 to $3,000

Important to know:

• Reservations are required
• Payment must be made in advance via the website
• Free changes or cancellations up to 24 hours in advance

Pickup location

These are the hours of operation:

• Daily: starting at 8:00 a.m.
• Bikes can be returned 24 hours a day
• For bikes returned after 8:00 p.m., there is a $5 surcharge per bike
• Details are included in the booking confirmation
• Nearby parking: Anchorage Square Garage
• Reservations are required

• Children’s bikes: 20-inch and 24-inch, $20 per day
• Child seats: up to 18 kg, $20 per day (not available for e-bikes)
• Tagalong: $20 surcharge per day
• Bike trailer: $20 per day surcharge
