We've taken many private tours with Baja Bikes (Lisbon, Barcelona, etc.) and have always been satisfied. Our guide in Budapest was the best. In any case, the reservation went very smoothly. I sent an email to ask if we could be an hour later than the 'standard time' and that was arranged very quickly, thank you. We had a guide who could tell us a lot and took our wishes into account. The bikes could perhaps be due for a good maintenance check (brakes, tires). Thanks for the experience!

What a beautiful city Budapest is! With a group of 8, we explored the city by bike on the day of arrival. It was great that our start time could be adjusted accordingly. Our Dutch guide gave an interactive tour and was clearly a very driven and passionate lover of Budapest/Hungary. We discussed and agreed beforehand how much information we wanted to receive. We received varied information about the city and its culture, with the year 1896 being a recurring theme. The cycling pace was fine, with regular stops at the sights, and cycling is also great in Pest, the largely flat part of Budapest. The bikes themselves were of lower quality; our damage consisted of one chain coming off and one breaking. The wine stop at café/restaurant Kismező came in handy for a bike swap, which the guide arranged. The bike tour was a great success for all of us and a wonderful and educational start to our stay in Budapest. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with the tour and our guide. It is a pity, however, that the confirmation did not state that this was a meeting point with the guide. We found the address, but there was no clear indication anywhere that we were in the right place. We also asked if we could drive an electric car. We were told that this was not possible, but our super guide *** told us that it was!!! What a shame!
