1.    Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is different for each Tour. It can be found on the right side of the tour webpage and is mentioned in the booking as well.

2.    I noticed the variety of tours in each city. Would I see the same sights by booking more than one tour?
Baja bike tours are complementary, which means that you can book two or three tours in the same city, without seeing the same sights.

3.    Is Baja Bikes open every season?
Our office is open all year. However, cycling relies on the weather and is therefore, especially in some cities, not possible during certain months or are only available on request. Winter in Berlin can, for example, bring minus 20 degrees celsius and half a meter of snow, which makes cycling impossible. 

4.    How can I pay?
You can pay cash after the tour. Furthermore a bank transfer, Ideal or Paypal is also possible. You can contact us upfront and we will send you the invoice.

5.    Are there any costs involved if I have to cancel my tour?
Customers are able to cancel bookings without being charged. For group bookings (over 20 individuals or business customers) other conditions apply. Please contact Baja Bikes in this case.

6.    What happens in case of rain?
In some cities ponchos are available in exchange for a small fee. However, at the very day of the tour we will discuss with you whether the tour shall go on or we will find another time or date. If that is not possible, you can cancel the tour without being charged. Other conditions apply for group bookings, please contact Baja Bikes in this case.

7.    Am I able to rent a bike without a guide?
It varies from city to city. Here is a list of cities where you can rent a bike:

8.    Is it safe to cycle through these crowded and busy cities?
Yes! Baja Bikes is specialized in developing safe routes in big cities. A large group will be divided into smaller groups. That’s the reason why thousands of customers join us annually and feel safe thoroughly.

9.    Is there a possibility of group discounts?
