Fantastic experience: Our bike tour literally took place in the rain. We discussed an alternative and swapped the bike tour for a three-hour walk through the city with an umbrella. And we even got a Czech beer as part of the walk. Fortunately, it stopped raining during the walk, so we had a great experience.
