One significant highlight is the opportunity to see the Ancient Roman aqueducts and the Catacombs!

The great thing about doing a guided bike tour is the ability to see more in less time. Set your own pace, take in the sights and be sure to be ready to take some pictures – some sights you’ll definitely want to share with friends and family when you get home! It is also possible to stop for a coffee break and your guide will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

After having cycled the highlights with *** 4 years ago, now I had the pleasure of cycling the Via Appia with... ***. That was fun. We cycled the old road, saw Rome from a distance, tackled a few climbs, and cycled over enormous centuries-old cobblestones. *** is a knowledgeable guide who speaks with passion. Thanks again!

Highly recommended, the bike tour along the Via Appia! Our guide *** did a fantastic job: lots of knowledge about the city and a cheerful way of communicating. Provides plenty of information and is flexible in adapting to the group.

The Via Appia tour is a very enjoyable bike tour where you get to see a nice mix of Rome itself as well as a good part of the city. Our guide (***) was a wonderful guide. She could tell us a lot about the history of Rome and handled our large group with ease. A very pleasant experience!

It was lovely to leave the city on a hot day. We visited some special spots on electric bikes. The guide had a lot to tell us and navigated us through the Roman traffic. There was even time for a drink on a terrace at a beautiful spot. We had a fantastic afternoon.

The tour was definitely worthwhile, and the guide was great too. However, the bikes are due for an upgrade. Also, a free bottle of water should be provided at 37 degrees. You can refill it for free along the way, though. Surely this can't cost that much... if the guide hadn't pointed out the free fountains, we wouldn't have had anything to drink.
